44 Interactive is looking for an experienced web designer that can create engaging website layouts with a strong emphasis on user experience and has the ability to turn those designs into semantic, valid HTML & CSS. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of websites under their belt that display their proficiency in design, typography, usability and that they understand how to communicate.

Must Haves:

  • Strong Portfolio
  • Advanced Photoshop & Illustrator skills
  • Ability to hand-write valid HMTL & CSS
  • Knowledge of browser variances and troubleshooting
  • Passion for user experience
  • Willingness to Learn
  • Ability to take art direction or work individually

Bonus Points:

  • jQuery Experience
  • Flash Actionscript 2/3 Experience
  • PHP Familiarity
  • Mobile Design Experience
