I love to cook - actually, strike that. I love to bake. In my family, I'm in charge of the desserts. Pumpkin pie, apple pie, cheesecake ... I'm getting hungry just thinking about what will be on the menu next week! One of my favorite Thanksgiving memories also has to do with food. My husband, sister, friend and I were "orphans" one year - all of our parents decided to go on vacation. So we cooked for ourselves - and boy did we cook. A huge turkey, five pounds of mashed potatoes and four pies - one for each of us. We had leftovers for quite a while!
